Events can be pretty much anything – gigs, workshops, live music, theatre, talks, DJ sets, open mic nights, walks, rides or fundraisers etc. They just need to be in Nelson, Stoke, Richmond or the close surrounding areas.
Our live music/gig guide is a simple listing of ‘When/Who/Where’ so we only need minimal details. For other events please do provide more detail so we can properly explain to our readers why your local event is worth coming to. 🙂
When Will My Event Appear?
Events are generally listed in the newsletter the week they happen. Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. Listings are selected at Nelson Pulse’s editorial discretion, based on suitability for our audience, relevance and available space.
Want More People At Your Event?

The (not so) small print:
- Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. Not everything is suitable or we may simply not have space to cover everything.
- Please don’t submit the same event more than once.
- We publish first thing Monday to Friday, we can usually handle short notice but if your event/gig is tonight that is too late. 🙂
